Two Rivers Steam Special 10-29-16

With P&W only having a couple days left being independently owned, I set out to chase the Two Rivers Steam Special. It is running both Saturday and Sunday. I started the chase in Greenville, then chased it through Norwich and down to Stoddard Cove in Ledyard.

NECR-PW Ethanol Extra 1-23-16

On October 23, NECR received a loaded ethanol train from VTR in Bellows Falls, VT. P&W sent up P&W 4302 and GMTX 9059 to use on the train along NECR's 2674 and CSOR's 3771. The train reached NECR's Palmer Yard around 6:30 pm. The train continued non-stop to Willimantic CT, where the train was handed off to a Providence & Worcester crew for the rest of the trip to Worcester, MA, and later Motiva in Providence, RI. It was a great chase from Belchertown, MA to Willimantic, CT. Enjoy!
